I still cannot believe that Miss Ava is a year! It feels like just yesterday I was taking her newborn photos! She is just too cute! We wanted to make sure she was toddling for her session and she came through! Her mom Amanda is a friend and talented photographer her in Birmingham. It’s always flattering and nerve wracking at the same time to photograph other photographers. But, I will say that it’s also so much fun and they understand when we have to chase the light. 😉 Love this sweet fam!
Amanda, what a CUTIE PIE Ava is! (of course, I always think that!) So fun to see her getting so big. LOVE the colors of this session – in particular that magenta dress of yours! (and how you perfectly accessoried Ava’s shoes to match!) Her romper? Adorable!

Thank you Audrey! I do use mostly L lenses and I would say the 70-200 2.8 and 50 1.2 are my favs! Best!!!
