Meet sweet Finley and her beautiful family. This was one of the most chill and “smiley” babies I’ve had in a while! Her big brother was such a good sport too! And seriously, those crystal blue eyes and curly blonde hair!! Watch out ladies! ๐ You may recognize Finley’s momma as one ofย our local meteorologists (NBC13) I loved getting to meet her since I have watched her religiously to get my weather reports for outdoor photo shoots! Alabama has the craziest weather, so we photogs depend HIGHLY on our local forecasts! ๐ Please enjoy this sweet little ray of sunshine on the blog today. ๐
I just love these guys! I was so sad when they moved away from the Birmingham area, but so thrilled that they came back to see me! ๐ I have been photographing them since both girls were newborns. I just love watching “my babies” grow. ๐ I had to ask mom and dad if I could include a hilarious out take. Those of you that have had pictures made, know that sometimes in the middle of a session, it can seem like chaos. (Especially those with young children.) As you can see, sometimes, there truly is chaos in between the beautiful moments. ๐ ***Note: No fathers were injured during this photo session. (well at least only temporarily, no permanent loss of vision. lol)
I know it’s been a while since I have blogged…as usual! ๐ We have been enjoying summer fun here at the Warren house, so I have been slacking on the blog posts. I had to share this adorable family and their session. I had the best time photographing them! I love that we used a location that was special to them as well. Although the horses were a little too friendly for my taste! I had horse slobber on my lens at one point! lol Meet the sweet Hey family!
I absolutely adored this session. I don’t get to do home sessions very often, but I always love the way they turn out. I am usually a little apprehensive before them because I don’t really know what I will be working with lighting and location-wise, but photographing a child in their own environment is such a treat. Of course Ella’s home was gorgeous and I love that momma was willing to get in some shots. Mom wanted to document her nursery before it became her “big girl room.” She was a little shy with me at first, but I eventually won her over. ๐ Love that sweet little smile!!
These are GORGEOUS, Ashley. Seriously some of my favorites you’ve done. I love the ones with her mama. What beauties they both are. And the tea party shot is perfect.
So adorable! Love her room so much! And her smile clearly can light up a room.
these photos are adorable ๐
Ok, love these guys. For real. We had so much fun during out session, that I didn’t want to stop shooting! I love that mom brought items that were sentimental (grandparents’ hats) and things that represent the kids interests (bug collecting and reading). It always add so much to a session when you get to see the kids “in their element.” These are the little things that as a parent, you don’t want to forget. Such a fun crew and one of my favorite sessions of the year. Meet the Bryants.
These are lovely family photos. Great job.
