    I am a photographer in the Birmingham, AL area. My style is a blend of traditional and contemporary. Everyone loves a nice portrait, but it is the less guarded, more intimate images that stir our emotions. So, I try to capture both!

    When I am not shooting, I love to spend time with my family, travel, exercise and continue to learn more about photography. (It's a bit of an obsession!)

Brandi and Benji – birmingham alabama wedding photographer

All I can say is WOW! These guys should start a career modeling! This couple was so fun to work with. They are so down to earth, but yet gorgeous! They got married March 28th at Mountain View Gardens and Ballroom. Such a great venue with so much to work with. We were very relieved that the weather held off for us that day. It literally started sprinkling a few moments after they drove off! It was VERY hard for me to narrow down my favs, so here is a sampling…

DeAnna and Andy e-session – birmingham alabama wedding photographer

Love these two! DeAnna and Andy are so sweet to each other! We had fun trekking all over Morris Avenue. There is just so much to work with there, it’s almost overwhelming! We had a lot of fun and got some exercise too! Guess it was good to do some walking, since none of us could leave without a treat from the Peanut Depot! Looking forward to the big day in July!

Hannah and Rusty – birmingham alabama wedding photographer

These guys are so cute! Hannah and Rusty were kind enough to do a example e-session for my wedding photography class and are just a great couple. Despite the rain and mud, they had a great wedding day. (It rained at my wedding and I am told it is good luck!) They are honeymooning in Paris right now, ooh la la, so don’t know if you guys can see these yet. Here are a few favs I picked out from the day! Ashley, I can not believe how you captured the beauty and the spirit of my child. Looking at these pictures, one could never imagine the yucky conditions. My grandmother always told me you can never judge a day by the weather. Thank you for memorializing a beautiful day!
