All I can say is, WOW! My first set of triplets! Three girls and so cute! They have the best mom and dad. I mean, these guys have it nailed. I was so impressed! It was amazing to see such miracles. The smallest of the three was just over two pounds when she was born. Just incredible! Here they are…

Mr. C is one of my baby plan sweeties. Our first session with him went so smoothly, that I really got spoiled. I thought there was no way I could be that lucky again. I was wrong! This little guy is awesome. Even after a little bout of crankiness and half asleep, he still perked up long enough for us to get more pics!
Well, the only thing more beautiful than the setting was the bride. As some of you may know I am teaching a wedding and bridal class at the Botanical Gardens. For a field trip, I let the class in on a special treat- shooting the the Alabama Theater! I have shot there before, but just the theater. I have wanted to do a bridal at the theater for a while. There is just so much to work with, it was almost overwhelming. Erin was such a good sport. We had to wait a little while for all the lights to come on, (Jeff, where were you??? :-)) but we got some great shots.
Ashley, these are great shots. I am sure Erin will be very happy. It is just too bad that Jeff had to lose his job in order for you to get such great shots. Also Erin was a great sport for letting the whole class tag along.
Ok, so Michael doesn’t really have a band, per se… I was messing around outside with shooting into the sun and using a flash off camera. (gotta love those pocket wizards.) and had big plans to shoot a fun shot of my three year old. Well, that didn’t happen. NO cooperation there!! So, Michael, who was “jamming” in the garage, was my stand in. I decided that he needed a CD cover. Maybe one day you will see “Sweet Pea and the Super Nuggets” playing at a venue near you. For right now, they have nightly shows in our basement… Free cover if you bring us supper. 🙂 Keep an eye out for his first single: “I love you so much it hurts….No really, it hurts.”

Miss AK was the sweetest little thing. She is such a people person. We did a lovely session at the Botanical Gardens during one of our gorgeous days last week! It’s days like that, that get me through the winter! You can tell she is her mommy and grandmother’s world. A very much loved little girl! Here is a sampling from our session…
